GUIDELINES FOR E-POSTER PRESENTATION APSP 2024

 

E-POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

All E-posters that have been submitted will be presented in digital format on high resolution monitors. All E-Posters will be displayed on E-Poster multimedia monitors.

Authors are advised to be present at their designated monitor during the specified timeframe for their E-Poster presentation. During this period, authors are expected to be available for discussions about their E-Poster. (The schedule will be communicated in advance). The time for each author’s report presentation is 5-10 minutes.

Upon arrival at the event, please refer to the on-site program agenda to verify the date, time, and your assigned monitor, as any last-minute changes will be noted there.

Notes: Please be advised that submitting full-text is not required by the organizing committee. Authors only need to submit their abstracts and E-Posters according to the timeline specified in the procedures section below.

E-POSTER CREATION AND DESIGN

  1. All posters should be in portraitand cover all the information from full paper in ONE SLIDE.
  2. E-Poster must be in JPG/JPEG format.
  3. E-Poster size: 50 cm (wide) x 90 cm (long) (16:9 ratio)
  4. All presenters must adjust their e-poster resolution with monitor resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR E-POSTER

  1. The E-Poster must be written in English
  2. The title on the E-Poster must match the title of the abstract.
  3. Each abstract should include the following sections:
    • Background and Objectives
    • Methodology
    • Result
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • The maximum limit for abstracts is 300-500 words
  4. Institution logo must be placed at top left and first writer photo at top right.
  5. Arial font with appropriate size should be used throughout the poster to ensure it is easy to read. Makes sure to choose font color that contrast with poster background.
  6. Make sure that photo or pictures adjusted in certain size and resolution to ensure it is clear and not blurry.
  7. Graphic and table must be arranged properly in an easy-to-read format.
  8. Poster presentation content:
  9. Basic research: introduction, materials and methods, result, discussion (end with conclusion), reference.
  10. Clinical research: introduction, case report, case management, discussion (end with conclusion), reference.
  11. The Footer on E-Poster must include:

Notes: Failure to settle registration and/or submit your E-Poster before the deadline would result in your presentation being cancelled. A maximum of 100 e-posters will be accepted for presentation.

The E-POSTER AWARD comprises of three categories:

1. Basic research: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place;

2. Clinical research: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place;

3. Vietnamese award: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The prize values are as follows:
